第1篇 学校幼儿园岗位职责

岗位职责:
1.负责所属项目的进度、质量、安全管理工作,协助其他部门进行规划、标准、成本、设计管理;
2.负责整个工程的监督、协调机电专业工程的质量、施工进度、安全、文明施工及标准化等各方面工作,保证项目的节点进度;
3.负责整个工程各分部分项工程的质量验收评定工作;
4.熟悉施工图纸,参与图纸会审和技术交底并督促执行,参与技术会议并提出合理化建议;
5.熟悉合同工期及各相关节点工期要求,参与项目的生产协调及调度工作,督促审核总分包单位和供应商的生产计划,解决有关矛盾,确保合同工期的实现;
6.督促检查总分包单位、分项工程技术复核工作,参与研究有关技术方案,督促检查方案的实施;
7.负责现场监理单位管理,参加验收工作,及时发现施工中存在的质量问题,并督促整改落实;
8.督促检查施工过程中的安全生产、文明施工等工作,发现问题督促整改;
9.完成领导交办的其他事项。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,建筑、机电、装饰等相关专,具备工程师专业技术职称、建造师执业资格;
2. 熟悉了解外资工程项目管理模式、具备设计院或者一线施工单位服务背景、掌握土建、装饰、机电等国家强制性规范(具有乙方一线建设管理经验为最佳);
3.五年及以上教育集团或大型房产公司任职经验,独立完成过完整的商业综合体、园区建设经验或者学校或者幼儿园项目,具有至少5
个完整的大型商业项目机电施工管理经验,擅长标准化流程建设及汇报ppt能力,具有较好的工程技术与项目管理经验,熟悉地产流程及造价管预决算等方面管理能力;
4.积极阳光,具有较强的沟通协调能力、解决问题能力与项目管理能力;
5.具备较强的抗压能力,可以接受出差。

幼儿园学校教科室主任岗位职责
1.掌握科学的教育理念,树立正确的人才观,了解国内外教育前沿信息,努力推进学校(幼儿园)教育现代化的进程。以实施素质教育、全面培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,制订学校(幼儿园)的教育科研发展规划和教育科研工作的方针、政策以及工作计划。
2.理论与实际相结合,遵循教育科研规律,从实际出发,切实加强教育科研的开展。既要注重前瞻性、系统性,又要注重实效性。
3.加强对教师教育科研的岗位培训,组织教师学习现代教育理论,普及教育科研基础知识,引导教师积极投入到教育科研中去,以科研带动教学和教改。
4.根据上级教育科研部门的要求,认真抓好学校(幼儿园)集体或个人承担的各级各类立项课题的管理,确保按期完成,出好成果,出精品。
5.坚持“立足现实、着眼发展、突出重点,全面推进”的课题研究的原则,制订校(幼儿园)级课题的立项制度,扩大教育科研的参与面 ,抓好课题申报、论证、立项、计划、实施、总结和成果推广等课题管理各环节,使教育科研走上科学化、制度化、规范化的轨道。
6.及时开展各种课题研究咨询活动,解决课题研究中的问题,促进理论和教育实践的结合,主动为课题研究者提供指导、咨询和信息服务,同时主动加强与上级教育科研部门的联系,及时汇报学校教育科研和课题研究的进展情况,求得上级有关部门的帮助指导。
7.通过多种渠道积极宣传教育科研和教学改革的信息,引导教师吸收和借鉴国内外先进教育思想和教改经验,结合自己的和学校的实际情况进行创造性地发挥。
8.定期举办各种形式的学校(幼儿园)教育科研评奖活动,及时推广教师的教育科研研究成果并汇集成册。
9.努力构建课题组、兼职教科研员等形式的学校(幼儿园)群众性教育科研网络,加强对教育科研骨干的培养,促进广大青年教师从实践型、经验型转化为科研型。
10.加强与教导处等有关部门的协同作战,努力探索优化教学、提高教学质量的途径和办法,注意将信息技术引进课堂,把提高课堂教学质量作为学校(幼儿园)教育科研的出发点和归宿。
11.加强学校(幼儿园)教育科研档案管理,认真做好教育科研资料的收集、鉴定、整理、保管等工作,充分开发学校(幼儿园)教育科研资料资源。
12.加强自身业务进修,努力提高思想素质、业务素质特别是教育科研能力,发扬奉献精神和合作精神,争做教育教学改革的带头人,教育理论和教育实践相结合的探索者。
