2.be responsible for ams/aci filing, isf filing for us/canada tradelane.根据要求归档相关文件
3.be responsible for the master bill confirmation, checking, insurance timely according to the destination customs policy.根据目的港客户要求负责大单确认、检查
3.be responsible for hb/l confirmation, checking timely.及时确认hb/l
4.issue and release the hb/l to customer against payment timely.根据付款及时发放hb/l
5.follow up the sop for vip customers.跟踪大客户的流程
6.prepare for the pre-alert/doc set and relevant shipping docs to overseas branch/agent timely.为海外分支或代理准备预告单和相关货运文件
7.build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and agents.与客户、代理保持良好的沟通
8.maintain the good service quality. 确保服务质量
qualifications:
1.college education; majored in logistics, international transportation,international business, foreign trade, or english is preferred 大专物流、国际贸易、国际商务、涉外贸易或英语专业
2.good skills in ms office application 熟悉办公软件
3. team spirit, proactive, hard working, 具备团队合作精神
4. good typing skill and detail oriented 打字快,工作仔细
