whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s ne_t and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

本学期，我任教一年级三个特色班以及六年级（6）班的英语教学工作。在教学过程中，我一直遵从以下几个理念，进行教学。
一、注重教学过程管理，强调先进教学方法和理念的实施。
如何充分发挥小学英语在实现教育目标中的功能，从而体现小学英语在整个课程中的地位和作用，是小学英语教学必须重视的问题。英语学习的启蒙阶段是非常重要的，教学的成功与否将对学生的终身学习产生深远影响。小学开设英语课程的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调的基础，具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。通过英语课程的学习，丰富社会生活经历、开拓视野、树立学习的自信心。为此在实际教学中我们要求广大教师积极实践和探索，在教学目标、课程实施、教学方法、教学评价等方面做到层层推进。在实践过程中应该明确以下几点：
1．在教学总体目标上，重兴趣、重成就感、重自信心的培养。教师通过多种激励的方式，如奖品激励、任务激励、荣誉激励、信任激励和情感激励等，激发学生积极参与、大胆实践、体验成功的喜悦。有了成就感，就有了自信心，学生就会渴望学习英语；在课程实施上，重环境、重频率、重效率。教学中特别强调语言环境的创设，充分利用和开发电视、录音、录像、光碟等多种媒体，丰富教学内容、活跃教学气氛、创设生动和真实的语言环境。尽量在课堂上创造真实的情境，克服课时少的困难，并且按排早读课及时复习，保证学生高频率的接触英语，为学生创造有效的学习条件，提高学习效率；在语言教学目标上，重语感、重语音语调基础、重交流能力。学校和教师积极创造条件，提供良好的语言环境和设备，通过提供大量的感知、体验、模仿等实践活动，帮助学生形成初步的语感。语音语调的学习包括发音、重音、语调、节奏和语流等多方面，教学中要求教师防止以单音准确为目的的教学，通过多听、多模仿，在有意义的语境中进行训练，奠定语音语调的基础。强调要培养学生交流能力就要创设交流的情景，使学生通过交流发展交流的能力。
2．在教学模式和方法上，重体验、重实践、重参与、重创造。要求教学设计贴近生活，符合小学生兴趣的需求；教学内容能引起学生的兴趣，例如韵律诗歌、寓言故事、会话表演、游戏等；教学的语言材料要真实、实用。学生在课上通过用中学、学中用，反复实践，学用结合。功能、结构、话题、任务做到有机结合；以话题为核心，以功能和结构为主线，以任务型活动为目标安排各单元或各课的教学；通过视、听、说、玩、唱、画、游、读、写、译等饶有趣味的活动，让学生接触足够量的语言材料，保证输入量，"习得"与"学得"结合，使学生逐步培养起初步的语感；通过大量语言材料的输入，特别是声像材料的示范，学生模仿，教师指导，使学生逐步形成良好的语音、语调、书写、拼读的习惯。设计任务型活动，开放空间，激活学生的思维，培养创造思维。自始至终引导学生通过完成具体任务活动来学习语言，让学生为了特定的学习目的去进行特定的语言活动，通过完成特定的交际任务来获得和积累相应的学习经验。教学方法要多样，且生动活泼，激发学生的学习兴趣。充分利用教科书中的课文创设栩栩如生的情景，为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。实践中，我们发现每当孩子们进入角色，成功地做成一件事，他们便情不自禁，喜形于色，因此兴趣倍增、信心加强，动机和情意受到了很大的激励。同时要求布置的练习形式要多种多样，做到手、脑、口、耳、眼、肢、体并用，静态、动态相结合，基本操练与自由练习相结合，单项和综合练习相结合。通过大量的实践，使学生具有良好的语音、语调、书写和拼读的基础，并能用英语表情达意，开展简单的交流活动。
二、创设良好的语言学习环境，扩展英语教学的时空。
⒈灵活安排教学组织和课堂，以学生为主体，充分调动学生的积极性，开展两人小组、多人小组、成行、成排、半班等多种形式的活动。这是小学英语教学的重要特点之一。只有开展这些活动才能使每一个学生充分地参与课堂实践，才能体现出语言的交际性，才能实现师生之间和学生之间的互动性。课堂上课桌椅的摆放形式根据教学的需要采用不同的方式——秧田式、半圆式、全圆式、双圆式等，目的是为了更好地开展各种教学活动。这样做可以促进师生之间的情感交流，而且可以帮助学生培养起互相关心，合作的团队精神。
⒉采用多种媒体的现代化教学手段，创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会，优化教学过程。利用英语教学音像资源——图画、图表、投影、录音、录像、cd、vcd、dvd等多媒体软件，不仅能为学生提供规范的语音、语调，还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范，即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等，而且还有体态语——手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种媒体的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼，感染力强，容易激发学生兴趣，引起有意注意，加深印象，帮助学生持久记忆。充分利用现代化教学手段，可以超越时间和空间的限制，使学生置身于以英语为母语的环境中，体验英语的实际运用。多媒体课件的使用可以使教学过程程序化，大大提高教学的效率，这一点对我们农村学校课时少的小学英语课尤为重要。
⒊把英语学习从有限的课内时空扩展到无限的课外时空，成立小小英语角、学校布置英语走廊、让学生制作英语画刊等各种形式的活动极大地提高了学生学英语的热情，让学生感受到英语无处不在、无时不学。
三、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整教学策略。

and our answer to stress is another vital problem . how to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything. of cause not . the principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. we should try our best to release ourselves . such as to do some e_ercise , to linsen to traditional chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .it"s no use crying over spilt milk . only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .

it’s smile. there is a kindness called smile. it is the most beautiful language in the world. it can make distance no distance. "just awake the students with a smiling face!"i said to myself.
the ne_t day, when i stood on the stage with a smiling face, when i asked the questions with a smile, when i encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked! but i could find there was more happiness and e_citement in their eyes! gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. as i predicted, that class became a lovely one. i was moved, and said"thank you for listening, boys and girls!"
in the following days, i keep on working even harder. i prepare my lessons carefully. i use flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn more. but i will never forget one thing: smile, give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident. the children do enjoy the english lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great e_citement, i can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever!
there is kindness called smile. from the children’s yearning eyes, i understand, it is smile that makes my students and i get closer, it is smile that fills the kindness to my english class, it is smile that shapes me popular english teacher finally.

英语演讲稿注意事项：
1.演讲要越短越好
关于写好英语演讲稿，应该要直截了当，开门见山的，不应该有中文的那种迂回婉转的表达方式。据有关专家统计，一般人的注意力一次只能集中约13分钟。所以，演讲长度以10～15分钟为宜。
2.根据听众对象，注意演讲的总体措词
演讲的总体措词是严肃一些还是活泼一些，是有较明显的说教口气还是用平等的口吻，等等，都要根据听众对象而定。如果场下听众是同龄的学生，那么演讲的内容只要风趣一些往往就能引起共鸣。但另一方面，如果听众大多是上了年纪的教师，太多的笑料反而会被认为“不严肃”，“不尊重”，而引起反感。
用英语演讲，不要用太多 i feel, i think，老是用i，显得十分主观，狭隘。如果通篇全是 i feel, i think 的内容，会给人觉得缺乏说服力。另外，perhaps, maybe 这样的词语，虽然有“客气，谦虚”的成分，但太多会让人觉得你演讲的内容有不可靠之处。
还有，在演讲中，要少用you，多用we。用you等于把自己与听众对立起来，而用we则拉近了与听众的距离。比如：you should not smoke.听上去像教训人，而 lets not smoke听起来是一个不错的建议。
3.英语演讲稿的语言特征
(1)多用实词，多用短句，少用结构复杂的长句
在英语演讲中，and, but, so, then 等虚词要尽量少用，that, which 等词引导的定语从句也只会使句子结构变得复杂，而使听众难以跟上演讲者的思路，从而影响演讲的效果。相反，多使用实词，短句，可使得演讲内容更清晰，气势更磅礴。
(2)演讲要注意使用各种修辞手法，增加演讲的感染力和气势。英语演讲中常用的修辞手法有：渐进(clima_)、对照(antithesis)、排比(parallelism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：
that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.(排比)
这个民有、民治、民享的国家将不会从地球上消失。
united, there is little we can not do; divided, there is little we can do.(对照)
团结，我们便将无所不能;分裂，我们则会一事无成。
