 work with directors to achieve the mission, goals and objectives of the unit;

 extensively work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, provide innovative and alternative methods for achieving goals when necessary. ;

1.负责制定招生计划,明确招生目标与招生方式、岗位职责,策划、组织、实施各项招生推广活动。

2.负责督导、训练和激励课程顾问以及电话销售以提升销售业绩,达成业绩目标。
