seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of associate software engineering manager, working in as400 environment.
in this role:
-be an effective people manager to groom and grow the team forward
-be techncially hands on. lead the project team to deliver quality technical solutions to meet business requirements
-be able to participate actively on the development and implementation of high complexity it solutions
-ensure quality deliveries
-able to analysis and resolve complex technical issues
-provide production support on a roster basis
-good time and stress management

knowledge & experience / qualifications
to be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
-bachelor degree or above, with cet-4 or equivalent english level.
-a sound appreciation of the full development life cycle, including release management;
-familiar with as400,rpgle and cl on iseries
-quick learner with high self motivation
-strong team leadership skills to ensure high teamwork spirit and problem solving skills
-strong communication skills and documentation skills
-able to work independently and effectively under pressure against multiple deadlines
-strong problem solver with clear analytical mindset
