familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc
good written and spoken english
good communication skills and social abilities preferred experience on
transceiver link design(such as link budget, requirement allocation, key component selection)
familiarity of radio simulation sw such as ads, hfss
solid analytical and problem solving skills

无线电工程师是指研究、开发、维护无线通信、传输设备，广播视听设备和电子仪器、仪表的专业技术人员。
无线电工程师岗位职责
1.研究、开发、调试无线通信、传输设备的部件和整机；
2.研究、开发、调试电视机、收音机、音响设备等视听设备；
3.调试、维护微波通信、卫星通信、移动通信等无线通信、传输设备；
4.负责系统无线指标测试以及相关认证等工作；
5.参与系统的可靠性设计方案，配合可靠性试验；
6.从事与无线电监测和无线通信专业相关的技术、服务、商务工作。
无线电工程师岗位要求
1.熟悉软件无线电技术及无线电测试仪表者优先；
2.熟悉计算机硬件和软件，具有较全面的计算机软件语言和硬件知识；
3.具备一定的电工理论，较多的电路设计维修经验；
4.能够熟练运用protel99绘制pcb板。会简单电路板打样，测试和维修；
5.会编制电路板生产文件，产品规格书和说明书；
6.工作勤勉踏实，责任心强，认真细致；
7.思维敏捷， 工作细致，爱钻研。
