任职资格

2、在家电、消费电子或者电工行业从事表面装饰工艺研究开发或者认定工作5年以上; 3、熟悉常用的表面装饰工艺如喷涂、烫金、水转印,移印、imr、电镀、真空镀、如喷砂、拉丝 、阳极氧化 、蚀刻 、电泳等及其适用的材料和结构设计方面的局限性,工艺成本情况; 工作职责

精细化工等相关专业,三年以上研发经验。
硅棒、蓝宝石等硬脆材料切割用切割液等产品的研发、优化。
粗抛液、修复剂等的配方优化。
第3篇 表面技术工程部采购工程师岗位职责范本
1.负责或组织完成公司各类需求物资的采购工作,保证物资供应。
2.负责供应商的开发和管理,建立可靠、稳固和高效的供货渠道。
3.参与制定和优化与采购工作相关的流程、规范和制度。
4.负责建立健全管理资产台账。

供应商开发工程师-表面处理 requirements:
1. bachelor's degree or above majoring in material engineering/chemical engineering or related
2. minimum 5 years' experience in fundamental experience on surface treatment/painting/plating of carbon steel, casting iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.
3. knowledge on eniso12944, and other related din, astm, nace, iso, gb standards about pre- treatment, process and final quality checking of painting and surface treatment
4. knowledge of mechanical & manufacturing processes
5. experience with welding will be preferable
6. excellent communication and fluent in english
responsibilities:
1. new supplier audit with sqa and supplier annual audit if need
2. new part development with supplier timely, help supplier to pass fai timely
3. handle ncr and 8d, push supplier to improve its process to decrease ppm
4. ppm analysis monthly for relating parts
5. support the suppliers use the quality tools to improve
6. handle with eco, follow-up the status
7. pay a role for leader function in supplier quality development area
