第1篇 冷却工程师岗位职责
空调冷却工程师 法国赛科技术工程集团中国总公司 赛科工业科技开发(武汉)有限公司,法国赛科技术工程集团中国总公司,赛科工业,赛科 responsibilities:
• technical design for the hvac & cooling system associated hardware components for all vehicles development projects. (hvac, ac pipe, compressor, condenser, radiator, ltr, cac, cooling fan, control panel)
o design, packaging, volume and check of hvac & cooling parts in development phase
o manage 3d of hvac & cooling system parts for each variant of vehicle platform
o charging for bom, plm and tc, including data management, update and publish
• coordinating hvac & cooling system integration projects:
o supplier coordination on hvac &cooling system parts and support project engineer to deliver good
performance, quality and timing of hvac & cooling system
o support cae simulation activities (in house or at the supplier) related to hvac & cooling system
parts for design release
• solving interface and package issue with vehicle concept team
• solving assembly issue with me team
• supporting for ots validation
• supporting for vf car building
requirement:
• engineering degree in thermal energy or mechanical engineering
• experience in cad tools (catia)
• experience in plm or team center data release system
• knowledge of hvac, compressor, condenser and ac pipe as prefer
• knowledge of radiator, ltr, cac, expansion tank, cooling fan and cooling hose as prefer
• experience in gasoline engine technology for the automotive industry
• good written and spoken english
• good communication skills

冷却系统工程师 1、掌握新能源车动力系统冷却系统应用及开发专业知识
2、具有发动机水泵、节温器及机油冷却器相关零件应用开发经验
3、熟悉新能源车动力系统冷却系统相关零件开发及验证流程
4、熟悉新能源车动力系统冷却系统相关标准及实验方法
5、能熟练使用软件绘制零部件2d图及3d
要求:1、本科及以上学历,发动机相关专业、车辆工程、制冷相关专业
2、具备良好的沟通能力、人际关系处理能力和团队合作精神
3、具备分析判断能力和较强的表达能力
4、熟练运用catia、ug等3维画图软件、cad
