职责描述:

we’re looking for an algorithm engineer to support our customers in designing, simulating, implementing and testing sensor motion algorithm for iot device. in this role, the successful candidate will establish the requirements for sensor fusion and will develop motion algorithms. if you have strong experience with developing and implementing complex algorithm using matlab/simulink, then this position is well suited to you.
responsibility:
1. establish requirements for sensor fusion and performance targets.
2. implement fusion algorithms using recognized coding practices such as embedded c/c++ and model-based-design such as matlab and simulink.
3. develop fusion algorithms which are optimized for low-cost mems sensors like g-sensor, m-sensor, and gyro with the capabilities of real time execution on embedded processors.
4. develop test plans for fusion based application and support in testing, data analysis, and performance reporting.
5. develop new algorithms responding to customer’s requirements, understand and analyze customer applications
6. identify opportunities for company products and help marketing in formulating the product specification as per the customer's needs
7. troubleshoot system applications on fae and customer requests
8. perform relevant product tests for system application and issue resolution
9. evaluate the performance and credibility of product application
10. provide on-site technical support to resolve customer issues as needed
11. coordinate the internal effort to resolve customer’s technical issues and communicating progress to fae, sales, marketing.
requirements:
1. bachelors in engineering or science, masters preferred.
2. 3+ years’ experience developing complex algorithms as well as experience developing software products with c/c++, preferably in the mems sensor field.
3. experience with matlab, and a background with model based software development.
4. strong knowledge of sensor technologies and expected measurement errors.
5. excellent chinese and english communication skill.

第2篇 控制算法开发工程师岗位职责
岗位职责:
1)基于matlab/simulink,利用基于模型的开发流程,开发车辆控制算法;
2)基于matlab/simulink平台,对车辆控制算法进行仿真测试;
3)基于线控底盘车辆和自动驾驶控制器,对车辆控制算法进行实车测试;
4)开发车辆控制算法与场景算法的接口;
5)完成领导交代的其他任务。
任职资格:
1)熟练掌握车辆动力学模型;
2)熟练掌握matlab/simulink,掌握基于模型的开发流程;
3)有新能源车辆的相关知识,至少了解电机、电池、整车控制器中一项零部件的控制原理;
4)掌握嵌入式软件开发基础知识;
5)具有c1以上驾驶证,并能熟练开车;
