底盘工程师主要负责底盘系统及其零部件的设计，并跟踪试制的全过程，对所发生的问题提供技术支持以及改进建议和措施。

底盘工程师岗位职责

1.定义底盘系统（转向、车辆性能/零件调试、车架及动力总成悬置、悬架、制动、车轮轮胎）及子系统关键特征；

2.定义底盘系统及子系统恰当的尺寸和公差；

3.确定底盘零部件的要求和测试规范；

4.负责底盘零部件的技术设计、工作图样绘制及技术文件编制工作；

5.负责对底盘技术问题和质量问题进行分析，并提出持续改进措施；

6.负责新开发的底盘零部件的试制、改进及验证跟踪工作；

7.进行底盘零部件样品的确认封样工作，并协同相关部门进行合格供方的评审及技术协议的签订；

8.维护底盘零部件清单并保证全球描述系统中底盘零部件发布的正确性。

底盘工程师岗位要求

1.汽车底盘或机械等相关专业；

2.了解汽车底盘系统的布局、结构设计及相关系统的结构原理；

3.熟悉汽车转向/发动机附件系统的制造技术、工作原理、匹配计算及产品工艺性；

4.熟悉各类零部件的加工工艺及工作原理；

5.熟练运用cad/cam/ug等软件。

底盘工程师发展方向

汽车底盘工程师待积累经验技术后，可以向管理职位发展，如项目经理。

第2篇车底盘工程师岗位职责

岗位职责描述:1.负责电动四轮车底盘方案设计,并协调各专业设计优化;2.负责汽车前后悬架系统,制动系统,转向系统,车身结构部分设计零部件设计选型、封样;3.能独立完成底盘某一部分系统设计工作;4.组织底盘零部件检验标准编制及对品质部门掌握检验标准予以辅导;5.负责样机(车)指导装配、工人培训;6.产品法规符合性的分析与校核;7.负责相关系统的计算;8.负责车型底盘bom表编制与维护;9.负责相关技术条件编制。人员基本要求:1.本科及以上学历,汽车或机械专业;2.从事2年以上相关工作经验;3.掌握汽车底盘设计相关知识,熟悉产品开发流程;4.熟练应用catia等设计软件及各种办公软件。5.工作主动,具备合作精神和团队工作素质,能够承受较大的工作压力,具有良好的沟通和协调能力。

• chassis components :

1) collect the data : architecture of chassis, components files (specification, drawings, test reports …)
