2. min. 7 years working experiences， 3 years at managerial role， auto industry is preferred;

3. knows theory of fmea;

4. capacity to apply apqp， ppap， iso/ts16949， cost control， profitability management， product & industrialization understanding， p2.

5. good knowledge of program management.

6. good communication skill both in internal and external contact;

7. good pc skills especially for ms-office software;

4、erp产品知识及实施技能。至少熟悉oracle 、 sap、用友、金蝶等集团管控领域模块的1-2个以上erp软件,需具备独立的需求分析、蓝图设计、系统配置、编写二次开发功能说明书、系统测试、用户培训、数据收集、权限设计、上线等系统实施技能。熟悉oracle、sqlserver等主流关系数据库的基本操作。

5、熟悉财务知识,至少三年以上中大型主流软件项目开发或实施管理的乙方实施顾问从业背景。至少有3个以上完整的主流管理软件财务领域项目实施经验,能够独立进行需求分析,蓝图设计,系统实现,系统上线,独立实施项目。

6、熟悉集团合并、全面预算、风险管理、投资、资产管理等领域中的1-3个领域,具有大型企业甲方或乙方集团财务领域项目经验优先。
