第1篇 机项目管理岗位职责
岗位职责:
1.负责公司商业信息的收集、整理,核心客户信息的收集,盘点及分析;
2.负责公司销售项目管理,包括前期的商业项目信息管理,项目执行监督;
岗位要求:
1.三年以上销售、市场及商业信息管理工作经验,有设备、工程等行业经验优先;
2.有敏锐的市场嗅觉,对商业信息敏感,较强的数据收集分析能力;

项目管理-船机售后 罗尔斯罗伊斯商业(北京)有限公司上海分公司 罗尔斯罗伊斯商业(北京)有限公司上海分公司，罗尔斯罗伊斯 job purpose职位目的:
• ensure smooth / proper co-ordination of new project’s commodity inspection and commissioning to the customers/yards under internal works orders and established working arrangement.
• lead the team number to rising customer satisfaction
• developing and managing key accounts.
key accountabilities主要职责:
• formulation of the internal project order’s process with project core team与核心团队共同创建内部项目流程
• ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team确保从项目前期阶段到项目团队技术知识的转移
• responsible for fulfilling the defined project aims in terms of schedule， quality and budget负责在进度、质量和预算方面完成既定的项目目标
• project controlling (date， costs， service (processing/implementation of work packages)， time sheets， etc.) 项目控制(日期、成本、服务(工作包的处理/执行)、时间表等等)
• coordinate the project team， all experts of sales， application as well as purchasing， quality and logistics， etc.协调项目团队、销售、应用、采购、质量、物流等各方面的专家。
• internal communication to all responsible persons of the projects (leader of different working packages) as well as stakeholders who as supporting the projects与项目的所有负责人(不同工作包的负责人)以及支持项目的利益相关者进行内部沟通
• documentation of the project progress， update of the project management documentation 项目进程的文档更新，项目管理文件的可追溯性更新(项目章程、项目计划等)
• recognizing the need for staff development (information to the line manager) 识别员工发展的需求(提供信息给直属领导)
• regular information of the project team定期更新项目团队的信息
• if necessary， inducing the proposal preparation for additional services as per customer's request， as well as inducing the statement after fulfillment/execution of the order如果有必要，根据客户的要求主导附加服务的提案准备及主导订单完成/执行后的结算
• as applicable report to customer (internal or external) the status of the project and information and tracking of changes and modifications， deviations， etc. 如适用，向客户(内部或外部)报告项目状态以及变更、修改、偏差等信息和跟踪。
• act as interface between customer and mtu internal organization作为客户和mtu内部组织之间的接口

• degree / diploma holder in engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• at least 4 years relevant working experience on project management.
• good command of both spoken & written english， good computer skills.
• good knowledge of engines in terms of installation， operation， maintenance and repair.

第3篇 计算机项目管理岗位职责
职责描述:
1、 负责编制it部项目实施计划,协调资源并按计划推进项目实施工作,负责项目进度的跟踪管理,确保项目目标的实现;
2、 负责项目管理流程整体规划及计划的制定、跟踪和监控,确保项目流程的有效执行;
3、 负责组织项目各项评审会议、项目例会及总结评估;
4、 负责项目文档体系的维护及知识共享工作。
5、 负责与项目相关事项的跨部门及外部协调与处理,及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题,分析项目变更的风险及进行风险控制;
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历,计算机、it项目管理相关专业;
2、 精通项目过程管理,对大型it项目管理有实际应用经验及深刻理解;
3、 有优秀的项目规划、沟通和协调能力,良好的产品文字整理和表达能力,能与其它相关专业和部门人员进行良好团队协作;
4、 具有良好的逻辑思维能力、执行力和责任心;
5、 5年以上软件项目管理经验;
6、 具有pmp项目管理资格认证者优先。
