have you seen a film named titanic, i believe no one will shake head. it’s a film about how the ship titanic sank into the sea in that time. it is very e_citing. but i am quite interested in the story of the film, jack and rose’s story. i can learn some deeper things from it.
after the ship hit an iceberg and sank into the sea. jack and rose and other people fell into the cold sea water. as the weather was getting colder and colder, they were gradually stepping into death. jack asked rose to promise him not to give up the hope of life. at last, jack was dead, and rose had a narrow escape, because she listened to jack and didn’t give up.
as for us, we will never be in the sank titanic and do not insist on waiting for the rescue of others, but, in reality, never give up is still necessary and much more important.
in the race of life, there is no doubt that we will go through ups and downs, peaks and valleys, and joys and sorrows. when confronting adversities, someone feels blue and frustrated, declining to struggle one more time. however, there are some people holding fast to their original dreams, making relentless determinations to overcome life’s challenges and become respectable. in face of obstacles, they practice the spirit of “never give up” and eventually mount the winner’ stand.
never give up the hope of life is high level thing, but we are obliged to do it bit by bit. no matter how life treats us, we shouldn’t give up the possibility of success, even if we are refused thousands of times, even if we are acting in adversity. we couldnt, wouldnt and shouldnt give up. in short, never give up is necessary and much more important in our life. only holding the spirit can we achieve our goals and taste the sense of the success.

it’s generally considered great to be an air traffic controller by the public, for the job is believed to be well-paid and quite easy. i was also one of them before i started the work. but things have been entirely different from what i used to think. as an air traffic controller of the new century, we’re facing tasks and barriers greater and harder than ever, that is, we have to ensure the safety and order of the fast-developing civil aviation. we’re burdened with pressure, responsibilities, the trust of hundreds of pilots, the lives of tens of thousands of passengers, and the hopes of millions of families. every step we take, every word we say is connected to the safety of passengers. and disasters may occur if we’re even a little bit careless. then, how can that be easy?
as a man who owns a family, i also have to take care of my family. still, it isn’t that easy. since i took the job 10 years ago, i haven’t had enough time to be with my family. so many festivals have i spend with microphones, but not my family and friends, just because my job needs me. so many times have my wife complained about my returning home late and having meals outside often, just because my job needs me. and so many times, my mom or dad is sick in bed, but i cannot be there with them in time, just because my job needs me. i cannot fully devote myself to my family because my job needs me, a lot of people need me. and again, as a man with a family, how can that be easy?
even though i’m not competent as a father, a husband, and a son, i still love my family. my daughter once said that it was her happiest time to see me back from work. and it’s the same with me. i’m pleased and grateful to see that my family can support and understand my work and my little devotion to them.
i have made many sacrifices as an air traffic controller. i really feel sorry for my family. but as i help pilots find their destinations under terrible weather conditions, and then hear “thanks” from them, i’m satisfied. and as i see planes taking off and landing safely, and make sure that hundreds more families can get together, i’m comforted. i even seem to be able to see the happy smiles on their faces.
such is my job, though i cannot enjoy much of the happiness my family brings to me, i can e_perience the sense of responsibility through my work. i’ll never regret this, regret choosing my job. it is through these years that i know what responsibility and devotion really mean. and it is through these years that i realize what family really means to me---supporting and understanding. i really appreciate them.

黑曼巴是一种拥有致命剧毒的蛇，为什么我取这个名字呢?是因为我一旦进入赛场，我就是致命的，就像黑曼巴一样。所以在场下我可以开玩笑，但是我一旦进入赛场，我马上会像换了一个人一样，在球场上全神贯注。
我现在35岁了，算是走到了职业生涯的后半程，像这样一些受伤也是司空见惯了。一旦受伤，你就觉得世界停止了，不管是膝盖受伤，肩膀受伤等等。我知道很多 人因此而把整个职业生涯都葬送了，有的人甚至一蹶不振，甚至无法返回赛场。当那个时刻发生的时候，我会看着镜子中的自己说，“科比你会怎么样?如果你经历 这样的伤痛你会怎么样?“你知道我每次看到别人受伤，我见到很多人受伤后回不来，我看着镜子中的自己喃喃自语说，”是不是应该退出了?是不是应该停止打球 了?“我自己都不知道还能否返回赛场。我现在坐在这里告诉你，我要完全康复回到球场。但我不敢打包票，因为很多时候我也有疑问，但是我觉得，这才是迎接挑 战的意义所在。
要抓住一切机会，向所有人证 明你自己，证明你能够迎接挑战。向那些说你永远不可能成功，你一定会失败的人证明，这就是我的看法。如果有人说你这次受伤，要一蹶不振了，对我来说，如果 别人受了这种伤可能就退出了，但是科比不能这样。别人说这下你不行了，我会说，你这样你才可能会退出。所以我必须要证明给他们看，尤其是给那些支持我，热 爱我的粉丝们，我一定要赢了自己，要赢了伤痛，能够重返赛场。这样才能让那些怀疑我的人重新思考，什么叫将不可能的变成可能。这些伤疤的重要性体现在这 里，这些伤疤就是我成长转变的体现。
作为一个球员，我与生俱来的激情就是想要成功，想要赢。同时也是人生最难却最重要的事情。作为一个球员，要到球场上去迎接最大的挑战，我觉得最大的挑战就 是要把全队的人变成像一个人那样，要不断地，不断地取得胜利，这就是团队竞技比赛的最大挑战，这也正是我的激情所在。对我个人来说，最重要的事是不断地迎 接挑战，而且永不畏惧挑战极为重要。

a famous poet said ‘ youth is a lovely song ,where nothing is impossible youth is a meaningful book, you’ll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea ,it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life. ’
as youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it .don’t let the limited time pass by, leaving nothing of significance to our future. actually, youth has a lot to do with our future. it’s necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. so, what should we do? here ,i’ll point out some tips to help equip ourselves
first of all, recognize the direction of your future. in other word, think of what you’d like to be some day. a teacher ? a doctor ? a writer? don’t afraid of thinking big and great .since you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future .
what’s more , never ignore the power of knowledge. read more books and travel around. for one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it’ll broaden your horizon.
last but not the least , stick to your dream. it easier said than done. after all, future is not all roses. so, we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties.

it is a story talks about a black girl named precious .precious is_ fat and not beautiful. her bad temped mother never work_, always cheated others to relieve her ,and ate_ while watching tv all day.what is worse ,precious was only 16,but she had pregnant for twice .out of assumption ,her child is her farther ''s child .living in this life ,she alawys imagine to avoid facing her life .fortunately,with the help and careneof the teacher and doctor ,her life became not so bad .
precious has a tough life ,and if she gives up her life and does not join the adult education ,she will not meet the teacher and her life may not be changed .when we _faced with the difficulty _,avoiding_ is not a good way for us. it can not solve the problems.what we need to do is that analying the cause and trying to changed our place .so we should be brave and face the trap directly.
