一只小金丝雀在这样恶劣的情况下，向大地伤心的哭诉：“我刚学会飞不久，绿色的家园就遭到了破坏，爸爸妈妈不得不带我背井离乡。在这逃亡的过程中，我们仍避免不了这残酷的现实——爸爸被心狠手辣的猎人给打死了，妈妈为了我保护我，也离开了这个世界。同时失去双亲的我，不得不独自一人继续寻找属于我的新家园。”“那你找到了吗?”大地伯伯关心的问道。小金丝雀用幼小的翅膀擦了擦眼泪，说：“哪有啊!我找到的只有热火朝天的沙漠，光秃秃的森林，浑浊的河水······这世界那么的大，可我却找不到一个能让自己安居乐业的地方。”小金丝雀太渴了，它来到一条小河旁，正准备河水，却被大地伯伯给叫住了：“这水不能喝!是有毒的!”小金丝雀实在是忍不住了，它说：“如果我不喝也会渴死的!反正横也是死，竖也是死，不如死得痛快一些呢!”说完它便俯身大口得喝起水来，刚咽下第一口，小金丝雀就“啊!”的一声，便惨死了。
像小金丝雀那样的悲剧还少吗?我们只有一个地球，它是人类唯一的家园，人类啊!醒醒吧!行动起来，保护生态环境。不然，后果真的不堪设想呀!亡羊补牢，为时不晚!地球还有救!让我们共同居住在这个地球上，共同享有一片蔚蓝的天空，共同享受阳光雨露的温暖吧!
所以，我呼吁大家，行动起来吧!从我们做起，从一点一滴做起。我相信，经过我们的努力，蔚蓝明净的天空会重现;青翠欲滴的青山会再来;清澈纯净的河水一定会回来!地球妈妈也会找到昨天的美丽、往日的光彩、还有那昔日的秀丽!

by saying so, i do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. because that will result in a threat to the e_istence of human society. i mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of e_istence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.
i am very pleased to find that now more and more people, from every corner of the planet, have come to realize that harmony with nature is the only way to universal and continuous progress and prosperity. and i think that is why we come here from all over the country to discuss this topic today.
i want to end my speech by quoting from mr. ni_on. "our destiny offers, not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity." the future is not ours to see of course. however, by seizing firmly the opportunities, by knowing clearly about ourselves, we, human beings, can doubtlessly achieve the real harmony with nature!

是啊，谁不希望能有如此天然的一幅画面呢?但现在我们却距离它越来越远了。生态环境的日益破坏使我们的家园遭到了严重的威胁，天空湛蓝如镜，大地绿草如茵，已经快要不复存在了，而我们却还是执迷不悟的破坏环境。
我国古代的黄土高原曾经是美丽富饶的地方，商朝时黄河流域的森林覆盖率曾高达50%以上。但是，经过几千年来掠夺式的开发，大自然给予了无情的报复。现在，黄土高原的水土流失地区到处是荒山秃岭、沟壑纵横，黄河——中华民族的"母亲河"，竟成为世界上泥沙含量最多的河流。近几十年来，随着人口的急剧增长和经济的高速发展，人类生产和生活对环境造成的破坏日益严重，出现了空前的环境危机。环境危机包括环境遭到污染，森林、草原和野生动植物等自然资源遭到破坏，以及由此引起的生态环境的恶化。现在，保护生态环境，实现可持续发展，已经成为全世界紧迫而艰巨的任务。
一个又一个触目惊心的数字表明，创建绿色家园已经刻不容缓。我们的行动不能仅仅呼吁，更应该做的`是从我做起，创建绿色家园。当然创建绿色家园很难，现在还不能立竿见影，但是只要有坚持不懈地努力就能看到成果。只要你注意生活中的点点滴滴，就会发现原来创建绿色家园也如此简单。如果你每天都弯腰去拣地上的一张纸，你走过的路就会多一份清洁。长此以往你就会发现你的绿色家园就会建成，我们的绿色家园就创建了。所以，你的绿色家园就是举手之劳，何乐而不为呢?如果每人都有这样高的环保意识，那么上面的事情就不会发生，我们就不会面临如此的生态环境了。为了保护我们赖以生存的共同家园——地球，我们以虔诚的声音呼唤生命的绿色。为了让大地山青水秀，为了让家园绿树蓝天，让我们手拉手。加入"呼唤绿色"行列保护绿色家园。今天播下一份绿色种子，明天收获一片蓝天绿地!行动起来，从我开始，从现在开始!
