项目集管理与需求计划经理工作职责与职位要求
职位描述：
岗 位 职 责(包括职权、具体工作职责、工作任务等)：
work as supply chain d2s planning governance body， oversee and lead the end to end process from portfolio management， demand planning， and supply planning.
作为供应链需求至供应计划的主要负责人，纵览并领导项目集管理，需求计划及供应计划。
develop and lead the ibp process， drive for realistic and consensus demand forecast with cross functions; identify supply risk at early stage and propose mitigation actions. ensure sufficient supply to support r&d and commercial requirements.
开发并领导整合业务规划（ibp）流程，与各部门一同促进合理且达成一致的需求预测，在早期识别供应风险，并提出解决方案。确保足够的供应以满足研发及商业需求。
develop and lead project management and change management process. translate r&d and business assumptions into executable plans from supply chain perspective.
开发并领导项目管理及变更管理流程，将研发及商业需求假设转换成供应链层面可执行的计划。
spoc to capacity and production planning， ensure continuous supply and optimized inventory with leveraged site capacity.
产能及生产计划的单点联系人，确保持续供应；优化的库存水平及平衡的产能规划。
represent supply chain to coordinate new product launches.
代表供应链，参与协调新产品上市项目。
lead continuous supply chain improvement to enhance supply chain reliability， resilience， efficiency and agility.
领导持续的供应链改进，提高供应链稳定性、弹性、效率及速度。
successfully lead the team. engage and mobilize team members to achieve team targets. .
owner/co-owner of forecast accuracy， otif， and cdi.
负责预测准确性、准时足量交付、及库存水平等kpi。
任 职 条 件（包括学历、专业、从业经历、能力特点等）：
bachelor’s degree or above；english cet6 or above
本科学位及以上; 英语六级及以上
bachelor：above 8 years working experience. master: above 5 years working experience in demand， supply， production， material planning. at least 3 years demand planning and project management experience.
本科8年以上工作经验；硕士：5年以上工作需求、供应、生产、物料计划经验。至少三年以上需求计划及项目管理经验。
capable of dealing with complex supply chain environments， and lead cross functions to align possible solutions.
能够应对复杂的供应链环境，并领导跨部门寻求解决方案。
familiar with sap system (apo modules) is a plus ；capable of modeling for in excel for project management and demand planning.
最好能熟悉sap系统 (高级计划优化器模块); 能够用excel建立项目管理、需求计划模型
good analytical and communication skill; capable of driving for right decision and make consensus in complicated situation.
良好的分析能力和沟通能力;能够在复杂的环境促成正确的决定并与各方达成一致。
